Hi, it’s Abby and Brooke! Here are our recommendations for books to read during the summer.
First, you HAVE to read the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. Our Jr. Great Books teacher gave us a list of recommendations. Here it is:

My favorite book serious are Amazing Days of Abby Hayes,and all kinds of other books. Books I am planning to read this summer are…. I don’t really know. I do like to read, and remember, you can get smarter!

I’m planning to read the Misty Of Chincoteague series. The books in the series are about 300 pages long and have smallprint. I recomend this book because it is full of problem solving and is a goood book for readers by the age of 10 or older. If you’er interested in it read it!!!

Michian chillers! Michigan chillers are the best books in the world. They are scary and fun. htis books aregoing to give you a thill!

Over the summer when it’s raining and you have noting to do pull out a book.some great series to read are Star Wars,The American Girl series, The Amazing Days Of Abby Hays,Full House,Hary Potter,Little House On The Prarie, and Mary-Kate and Ashley Mysteries. Some great Chapter books are Mick Harte Was Here,Loser, Dear Mom Your Ruining My Life,Bud Not Buddy, Deenie,Otherwise Known As Shelia The Great,Tales Of A Fourth Grade Nothing,Double Fudge,Superfudge,Fudge-A-Mania,Soupy Saturdays With The Pain And The Great One,Iggie’s House,Staring Sally J. Freedman As Herself,Then Again Maybe I Won’t,Are You There God? It’s Me Margaret,It’s Not The End Of The World,and Freckle Juice. Don’t forget the reading program at library. Have fun!!!!:)

Usually I will find out what book famous people has read, what are their favorite books, hope that any book which bring influence on them, will bring good influence on me too.. also, as famous n successful people combined with their experience, I’m sure they have better taste on their choice too.
